Stay and Play Summer Fayre!

We would like to say a huge thank you to everybody that made it to our stay and play summer fayre. Thanks to your kind generosity we raised £226.28 which will be used towards resources for the nursery children.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the Hunwick Dog Parliament for visiting us this week, along with some of their furry friends. They talked to the children about how to greet a dog safely and to “be a tree” if a dog jumps up and frightens you. We then got to meet the lovely dogs and they showed us lots of great tricks!

Our little rays of sunshine this week are Scarlett Charles for being so incredibly brave when we had a visit from the Hunwick dog parliament. Scarlett is afraid of dogs but managed to stay for the whole talk. Well done Scarlett, I'm very proud of you! Noah Ross for starting to seek out his friends. He has formed a friendship with Kaden and it is lovely to see Noah playing with him. Great work Noah! Finlay Craggs for his brilliant cutting skills. He cut his picture out so accurately and then trimmed the edges to make it even neater. You blew my socks off Finlay! James Hawkey for trying so hard to write his name and is mastering day by day. Keep practising James, a big well done! And finally Halle Buddin as it is great to see her having fun with her friends. She has a brilliant imagination which she uses in her role plays. Today she went on holiday and then off to the swimming pool. Halle I know you will be a brilliant inspiration to the new children in September!
