Pupil of the Month

Today we announced our pupils of the month for November 2017.

RR - Ethan Crawford

My pupil of the month for November is... Ethan Crawford. With an exceptional attitude towards work and an eagerness to achieve his best, Ethan has outdone himself this month. With a focus on independent jobs, Ethan has tackled this head on. By working hard and showing his creativity, Ethan is moving from strength to strength. He is an outstanding role model to the children in Reception and a wonderful friend to all the children. A phenomenal month, Ethan! Well done!

RS - Rosaleigh Patton

The Pupil of the month in RS is Rosaleigh Patton. Rosaleigh has had a fantastic month and has really got to grips with reception. She is now solving her own addition and subtraction problems and is fluently reading CVC words. Rosaleigh has also grown in confidence and is continually putting her hand up attempting to answer questions. Well done Rosaleigh...Keep it up!

1L - Amelia Defty-Wallace

Congratulations to Amelia Defty-Wallace for being 1L's Pupil of the Month. Amelia has a real passion for learning and this comes across in her work which is always beautifully presented and well thought through. Amelia is meticulous about her work and always tries hard when faced with a challenge; nothing seems to phase her. Amelia is a beautiful friend both inside and out and I can't wait to see all that she achieves throughout the year.

1M - Brooke Dawson

1M's Pupil of the Month for November is Brooke Dawson. Brooke is a beautifully behaved young lady who works exceptionally hard at all times. She always has a positive attitude towards school and can put a smile on anyone's face! Brooke has produced some fantastic work thus far in Year 1 and continues to progress by always pushing herself to do her best! Well done Brooke! Keep up the fantastic work!

2G - McKenzie Taylor

I am so proud to give Pupil of the Month to McKenzie Taylor. He has matured so much since entering Year 2 and his behaviour has improved massively. He now comes into school everyday with a smile on his face, joins in with every lesson and completes work independently without any fuss. He is a pleasure to have in class and I am sure he is going to continue to do well. Keep it up McKenzie you little star!

2N - Devon Taylor

November’s pupil of the month goes to Devon Taylor. Devon is a helpful and enthusiastic member of 2N. She loves to take part in class discussions and is a good friend to members in the class. She is becoming more independent in her work and her handwriting is beautiful. Devon tries her best in everything she does and is always happy and cheerful. Congratulations Devon and keep up the amazing effort.

3A - Jordan Patton

Jordan has had a fantastic improvement in his attitude to his learning. The amount of work that he is producing has improved and this is down to the resilience he has developed which has supported him in finding skills to solve problems. This is most visible in maths where Jordan has become a superstar! Well done Jordan!

3F - Ellie Coulson

Pupil of the month goes to a hardworking individual. This young lady has grown in confidence and she has really started to believe in herself. She gives 100% in all aspect of her work. She is a lovely friend and pleasure to have in class. Well done Ellie Coulson, I am so proud to have you in my class.

4M - Charlie Moses

Charlie is a fantastic member of the class. He gives 100% effort and always tries to go above and beyond what is expected. Charlie is kind and polite, and sets a great example to his peers in terms of behaviour and his determined attitude to his work. Keep working hard Charlie – well done!

4R - Ava Bell

4R's Pupil of the Month is Ava Bell. Ava is one of a kind! She amazes me everyday with her effort, putting 100% into everything she does. She comes to school with a huge determination to improve and in doing so is flying through Year 4. Ava is a joy to have in our class, comes to school each day with a smile on her face and is full to the brim with enthusiasm. Well done Ava!

5G - Alisha Coleman

Pupil of the month this month is awarded to Alisha Coleman. Alisha is such a hard working, mature young lady, who is always helping around the classroom. She is really good at pointing other children in the right direction, and she is a brilliant role model to have. I know Alisha has got a really bright future ahead of her and I hope she will continue to inspire others.

5O - Jacob Cummings

My Pupil of the Month is none other than Jacob Cummings. This delightful young man is a key participant in all lessons, as he always has his hand up to give thoughtful answers. Jacob is a star in maths, and he is getting ever closer to beating me in our times tables challenge. Jacob is not only hardworking, he is also a good friend to others and has a great sense of humour. His maturity and eagerness to do his best will take him far in life. Keep it up Jacob!!

6B - Ella Crosby

Ella Crosby is our pupil of the month in 6B. Ella started the year with a quiet attitude in class but as the weeks have gone on it has been a delight to watch her grow in confidence with respect to her written work. In particular, Ella impressed me recently with her approach to our Mathletics challenge. She showed real resilience and determination in her desire to perform well. I look forward to seeing Ella continue to grow and develop her positive attitude towards learning as our journey in Year 6 continues. Well done Ella!

6L - Georgia Harrison

This month my pupil of the month goes to somebody who is a pleasure to teach. She has a brilliant attitude to learning and always brightens up my day with a smile. Georgia sets such a good example to others and her behavior is exemplary. Well done Georgia, keep up the hard work.

6T - Lily Booth

6T's star of the month is Lily Booth. In every lesson, Lily has worked hard to achieve her very best. Her confidence is growing and she is becoming more resilient. She is challenging herself in maths to apply her skills to maths problems and in English she is striving to meet her writing targets. Keep up the fabulous work Lily! You are a star!
