Christmas Stay and Play!

Published on Thursday 7 December 2017 by Miss Fox.

For our annual Christmas tree competition we decided to create a “Stickman” themed tree. Thank you to all of you creative parents! You all worked very hard at our stay and play day to help us! Fingers crossed we win…

Christmas Stay and Play!

We hope you enjoyed our Christmas stay and play activities. Everybody's snowman biscuits and Christmas tree decorations looked fantastic! We would like to thank everybody that was able to come.

We would just like to remind you all that the nursery Christmas party is next Wednesday 13th December, so the children can put on their best party outfits! It is also Christmas jumper day on Friday the 15th December.

Our little rays of sunshine this week are Theia Allwood for settling so well into the routines of nursery. She has had a brilliant first week at nursery and has even confidently joined in practising our Christmas show. I am very proud of you Theia! Robbie Cleary for trying so hard to recognise his name. He now recognises the 'R' at the beginning! Great job Robbie! Emily King for working hard on our Christmas show. She always tries so hard to sing all of the words as well as joining in with the actions. Great work Emily! Teddy Buston as he decided to make a Christmas decoration and tried so hard when cutting out the Christmas tree. He was so proud of his achievement he then went on to make a snowman too. Great determination and cutting skills Teddy! And finally Ivy Hendry as she has returned to nursery eager to join in with our group singing sessions. You sat very well on the stage when practising our Christmas show. Well done Ivy!
