Adventures of Bella Bear!

Published on Friday 5 October 2018 by Mrs Fox.

The children have been very excited to share their adventures with Bella bear to their key worker groups. It sounds like Bella has had so much fun driving go karts, horse riding, baking and going to Mcdonalds. Thank you to everyone who has taken such good care of Bella, she cannot wait to visit more children soon!

We have had lots of fun in our PE sessions with Mrs Thompson. This week we have been doing some brilliant climbing and balancing along the gym benches. Some of the children were even brave enough to do a big jump from the very tall bench! It has been fantastic to see the children becoming more independent and everyone tries so hard to put on their own socks and shoes. Maybe you could practice this at home too?

Our little rays of sunshine this week are Jude Johnson has been chosen as one of our little rays of sunshine this week as he always comes into nursery with a smile. He also did so well following instructions to play our musical instruments loudly and quietly. Great work Jude! Holly Symcox for showing great interest in shapes this week. She has pointed out shapes in nursery, found shapes in the water, completed shape patterns on the whiteboard and also found some time to make some fantastic shape pictures. She has been a little shape superstar, well done Holly! Lachlan Connor for his brilliant speech work. He was great at following instructions and finding the swords on the different body parts. We then swapped roles and Lachlan told me where to look. It is great to hear you putting more words together when talking Lachlan! And finally Amelia Davies for her growing confidence each day. It has been fantastic to see Amelia engaging with activities and speaking to the nursery staff. I am super proud of you Amelia!
