Yesterday, Year 5 commemorated VE Day by researching and presenting their findings on this historical day to the rest of the class. The children showed great maturity when learning about the events of WW2 and why we celebrate VE Day.

We also celebrated with some sweet treats to mark the occasion, and felt very patriotic in our red, white and blue outfits!
